Well, not that foxy, but definitely cosy! Come fall, and I'm all for earth colors and soft textures. If you, like me, don't have a British manor waiting for you, you can still get the cosy British hunting lodge look at home. (Without the Fox hunting!!) My tip is to mix traditional, and modern to create your own lodge style, rather than going for the full traditional look, that would overpower most homes. And be sure to add some fun, like a gorgeous fox brooch on your throw ;-)

Today I've been making Veiled Farm Girls for dessert. Its a very rustic, traditional Norwegian dessert, that requires minimal effort ;-) Thought you might like the receipt:
Veiled Farm Girls
Cut a few early garden apples into small chunks.Simmer in a pan with lemon juice, and water. Be sure not to add to much liquid. Add sugar according to taste and tartness of your apples. Simmer until soft, and mushy. Cool down.
Heat up breadcrumbs, cinnamon and sugar in a pan, until crisp. Cool down.
Whip cream.
Layer the apple sauce, breadcrumbs and cream in nice glasses.
Enjoy :-)!
